COVID-19 Regulations

Travellers entering Australia from China, Hong Kong, and Macau from 5 January​ 2023 must provide a negative covid test undertaken within a 48-hour period prior to the day of their scheduled departure for Australia. For more information see Entering and leaving Australia.

COVID-19 Test Stations

For testing at the Gold Coast Convention Centre and Arundel Clinic, you will need to complete the online registration form and prepay AUD120 for the required Covid test via the following link: https://travel.4cyte.com.au

You will have two location options for testing during the conference:

Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre – Only during the last day of the conference. Opening times: Only Thursday, 23 February | Time: 11:00 – 18:00
Arundel Clinic – a 25-minute drive from the Convention Centre (146 Olsen Ave, Arundel QLD 4214). Opening times: Monday to Friday | Time: 6:00 – 14:00

Once you have booked your appointment, please print the referral and bring it to the testing site. You will receive an email the following day with the results.

Alternatively, PCR Tests are offered at the below airports:

Brisbane International Terminal Airport – Histopath Diagnostic Specialists
Open 7 days a week from 6.00am – 10.00pm*
Results received within 90 minutes for Express PCR tests
Book and prepay here

Gold Coast Airport – 4Cyte Pathology
Monday – Sunday: 6:30am – 2:30pm*
Results received within 2 hours for PCR Tests
